Detailed Description of Home Edition Chess Set with Bauhaus Board
Designed by master artisans, the items are carved in high-grade boxwood keeping the same iconic shape presented in the 2013 World Chess Championship cycle. The king measures 3 inches high, with the whole set about 20 percent smaller than the full Championship version, and thus appropriate to home use, although sophisticated play.
The Bauhaus-style board is made of walnut-veneered MDF with strong contrasts and borderless style to give the modern look. Presented in 2022, this board has the classic silk-printed hexagon of the World Chess on both sides.

World Chess accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Return shipping is covered by the buyer. EU customers can request a prepaid label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund.

Keep the chessboard away from direct sunlight or harsh artificial light to avoid damages.
If the chessboard gets scratched,clean the smudges with a little damp piece of fabric.
If the chessboard feels sticky, wipe with a piece of cloth.
Dust regularly using a dry, soft piece of fabric.
Use beeswax or 3M polish once a monthfor the shine of the board as the boards have HV melamine lacquer coating on them.
Keep chess pieces away from humidity and heat.
It can cause cracking, discolouration, and warping of chess pieces.
Do not use 3M polish for chessmen.
