Warranty
This warranty covers manufacturing and production defects only. If any production-related issue is identified, we will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the problem at no cost to you. The cost of replacement shipping will be covered by us.
Please note, the warranty does not cover physical damage, including items that have been dropped, broken, mishandled, or damaged due to external factors after delivery. Any issues caused on the customer’s side are not eligible for warranty coverage.
To process any warranty claim, please retain your order ID and proof of purchase date from our official sales channels or retailers.
In cases where replacement stock is not immediately available, please allow time for remanufacturing. If a product has been discontinued or cannot be reproduced, we may offer alternative products available in stock.
Any damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order for assessment and support.
