We pack and hand off orders within two business days. International delivery typically arrives within ten business days depending on destination. A tracking link is provided after dispatch. Customs duties/VAT (if applicable) are paid by the recipient; if a parcel returns due to unpaid charges, the return freight may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Unused items must be returned with their original packing and tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer. For EU customers, a prepaid return label may be provided; its cost will be deducted from the refund. After being received, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days; banks usually complete posting within 1-3 business days.

It can cause cracking, discolouration, and warping of chess pieces.
Do not use 3M polish for chessmen.
