We pack and hand off orders within two business days. Depending on the location, international delivery usually takes 10 business days to arrive. A tracking link is provided after dispatch. Customs duties/VAT (if applicable) are paid by the recipient; if a parcel returns due to unpaid charges, the return freight may be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Unused items must be returned with their original packing and tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer. For EU customers, a prepaid return label may be provided; its cost will be deducted from the refund.
