The Official 2024 World Chess Championship Set is the official set for the 2024 Gukesh D — Ding Liren — World Chess Championship Match that takes place in Singapore. This is a limited edition and it will not be repeated, making this edition a special collectors’ item. Each set is numbered and accompanied by the certificate of authenticity. 

The World Chess set is approved by FIDE for elite events and exclusively used throughout the World Chess Championship cycle. In the limited edition, it is beautifully paired with a bespoke handmade board crafted from ebony, maple, and acacia, featuring the classic World Chess hexagon inlaid on both sides.

Designed by Pentagram’s Daniel Weil for World Chess, this set is a pinnacle of chess design. Inspired by the Staunton style, it was developed in collaboration with chess legends Vladimir Kramnik and Magnus Carlsen, making its debut in 2013. Every World Chess Championship and The Candidates Tournament for the last decade has been played on the World Chess Championship Set.

Each piece is meticulously handmade from fine boxwood by expert craftsmen, ensuring exceptional quality and elegance.
