If you haven't received your order within 30 business days, your order is eligible for refund or expedited shipment of the replacement. Please reach us at: shop@worldchess.com
We do our best to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24 hours.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday. The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, but often the same day.
We ship your items from our locations in the US, the UK, and Germany, depending on where the item is being shipped.
EASY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS
Got something you need to send back? No problem! You have 14 days from the day your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange. Just make sure that the item is in the same condition you received it: unused, unaltered, and with all the original tags and packaging intact.
How to Start Your Return or Exchange:
- Reach Out: Contact us at shop@worldchess.com for help or to request an exchange.
- Ship It Back: Remember, you'll need to cover the return shipping cost as we're not offering free returns right now. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Notify Us: Please let us know before you send your item back and share the shipping details as soon as possible. We can't accept returns without prior notification.
Getting Your Refund:
Once we get your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 1-2 business days. Your bank might take an additional 1-3 business days to deposit the funds back into your account. This timing is based on standard bank processes, and unfortunately, it's not something World Chess can speed up.
