VAT is included in the displayed price for orders delivered within the EU/UK. For international orders, additional import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility.
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately, as some items are stored in different warehouses. As a result, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.

Returns & Refunds
World Chess accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us at shop@worldchess.com before returning your order.

To initiate a return, contact us at shop@worldchess.com within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number. Our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping labels are available for customers in the European Union and United States (subject of avaliability), with the cost deducted from the refund. Customers in other regions are responsible for arranging return shipping.Please contact us before sending any items back.
Once your return has been received and processed(2-3 business days) by our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Yes! We provide warranty coverage for manufacturing and production defects.If a defect is confirmed, World Chess will repair or replace the item at no additional cost, including replacement shipping.The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper handling, misuse, or damage caused by external factors after delivery.To submit a warranty claim, contact us at shop@worldchess.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue.Please allow 5-10 business days to review the claim and provide you with an update and possible solutions of your issue.
